Lt. Michael Costanzo
Lieutenant Michael Costanzo began his career with the La Habra Police Department in February of 2006.
Throughout his career, Lt. Costanzo has worked as a patrol officer, Gang Detective, Field Training Officer, Field Supervisor, Crime Impact Team Supeervisor, and Special Investigations Supervisor.
Lieuteanant Costanzo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology.
Sgt. Erik Roy
Sergeant Erik Roy began his law enforcement career in 2008 as a lateral officer.
Throughout his career, Sergeant Roy has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Patrol Corporal, and Patrol Sergeant. He has held the auxiliary duty of Jail Manager and Emergency Manager for La Habra.
Sergeant Roy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
