Discarded Trash & Debris
All discards, trash, debris, and junk accumulations must be promptly removed from the property. Such items are not only unsightly, but they also attract rodents and become a fire hazard. Broken, unusable or abandoned items, appliances and furniture are considered discards. The monitoring of the property at a minimum of once a day will very likely address this situation.

Driveways or walkways must be maintained in such a condition so as to not be injurious or potentially injurious to the public health, safety or general welfare.
