,The City held its first Community Open House in 2022. The event is held on La Habra Blvd. between Euclid and Cypress Streets, inside City Hall, and in the Police Department parking lot. This year's Community Open House will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event offers an opportunity for residents to learn about the different City departments, schools, utilities, and local non-profit organizations that serve La Habra. In addition, there are recreation class booths and demonstrations, Police Department demonstrations, vehicles and station tours, and the Public Works Department's largest vehicles on display. There are also activities and games for kids. This event is free to all.
