About the Report
The City of La Habra hereby gives notice that it has prepared the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) FY 2022-2023 (PDF) in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations as specified in the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
The CAPER is a report designed to provide information on the progress made in carrying out the 5-year Consolidated Plan. The CAPER also provides the jurisdiction with an opportunity to assess its annual performance in relation to meeting its overall Consolidated Plan priorities and objectives, and to discuss what actions or changes it contemplates as a result of its annual performance.
