Welcome
Welcome to the City of La Habra Child Development Division. The Child Development Division consists of five programs - Early Head Start, State Preschool, School-Age, Family Child Care and Family Child Care Home Food Program (CACFP) Sponsor. We provide quality child care and/or development services to children ages 0 weeks to 11 years old, including children with special needs and pregnant moms.
Eligibility requirements for each program vary.
