About the Park

El Centro-Lions Park is the oldest park in the City, acquired from the Lions Club in 1948. The park is 3.98 acres in size and is located near the civic center. It serves as a focal point of the community, with an annual Corn Festival on the first weekend in August. The festival, with a variety of events, draws about 5,000 people.
