Be prepared for the rain. Sandbags are available to La Habra residents at no cost. It is recommended that residents bring a shovel and one other person to help fill the sandbags. There is no limit on the amount of sandbags residents may fill. To receive free sandbags, please report to the front office at the City Yard during business hours and show proof of residency.

During non-business hours, sandbags may be filled at Fire Station 192 (520 S. Harbor) and the Ambulance Operations facility (1000 W. Risner Way).
