Get in the spirit and showcase your creative side by decorating your home for the fall harvest and Halloween season! Nominations may be submitted starting October 1st at the La Habra Community Center, 101 W. La Habra Blvd. and are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019. Judging will take place on Monday, October 28th from 5:00-7:00 p.m.; please make sure your lights and any special effects are turned on. Winners will be recognized at a City Council meeting in November.
