Specifications & Regulations
This event is for local businesses otherwise known as Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQGs). Sharps waste will not be accepted at the local business event.
The event is only open to La Habra businesses that generate less than 100 kilograms (which is 220 pounds) of hazardous waste in a 1-month period. Participants must obtain a temporary EPA ID number. To find out how to obtain one, follow this link:
