To help provide better customer service, the City of La Habra offers online payment in which you may pay for services or request online services. Additional links will be added as on-line services become available.

Water Billing

Alarm Permits

You can pay online for Alarm Permit application and renewal fees . When making your payment, please include the alarm permit number if processing a renewal payment. On all new applications, please provide the business or residential address where the alarm system is located. Email the application to jduong@lahabraca.gov.

Animal License

Payment submissions for dog license renewal are accepted here. When making a payment, please include the license number, your name and phone number. If you have multiple animals to renew, please provide the information for the additional dogs.

Pay or Dispute a Citation

The Citation Processing Center is responsible for all processes, once a citation has been issued, including, but not limited to: processing data, accepting payment, establishing payment plans, and contesting citations issued.
