The City of La Habra's rates, fees and charges are scheduled to be adjusted for calendar year 2018, effective February 1, 2018 and calendar year 2019, effective January 1, 2019. In compliance with Proposition 218, the City mailed a notice of rate adjustment to all City customers in the month of November 2017.
